We were fortunate to find this fully customized and upgraded unit in the Willscot system. It's rare to run across an office style model. Most are trailer boxes which need a lot of work to look this good. When I bought this office, I was told that the previous owner had added insulation and sheetrock.

I purchased this for our 1100 Fifth Avenue Development in Neptune City. It was an integral part of the successful marketing program that sold 50 of the 70 condos before we had anything to show the public. The Trailer was a very comfortable and professional environment to introduce prospects to the 1100 Fifth experience.
